PACE Luncheon

PLAISTOW - P.A.C.E. members and area businesses are invited to The Plaistow Area Commerce Exchange meeting on Thurs., March 14, at 11:30 a.m., at the Atkinson Resort and Country Club. The cost for lunch is $20.00 per person, and will consist of Mediterranean Chicken.

Courtney Carace and Bill Park of Pest-End Exterminators and Pro-Tech Lawn Care will provide insight into the world of lawn, tree and shrub care. During their discussion, they will explain the unique approach their company takes when designing lawn programs for properties and the various benefits of these services. In addition, a brief look into the rising fears about ticks and the diseases they carry as well as Pro-Tech Lawn Care’s approach to helping protect you, your family and pets from these often dangerous pests will ensue. They are also looking forward to answering any questions you may have.

P.A.C.E. is a group of business owners and representatives from Plaistow and its neighboring towns of Atkinson, Danville, Hampstead, Kingston, Newton and Sandown whose purpose is to establish a line of communication throughout the business community which it represents. P.A.C.E. gives its members the opportunity to meet new people, to socialize and to make new friends and associates. Everyone is urged to bring a supply of business cards to exchange.

  • Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown, 66

    Ft. Gibson, OK — Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown passed away February 17, 2013, at her home in Ft. Gibson, Okla., after a brave battle with cancer. Kitty was born in Brentwood, N.H., on April 21, 1946, to the late Chester H. Clements and Catherine F. (Morse) Clements. She was raised in Kingston, N.H., and graduated from Sanborn Seminary. She lived for many years on Plum Island, Mass. While living on Plum Island, she was a columnist and photographer for The Daily News of Newburyport, as well as a school bus driver.

  • Ted "Teddy" Bolduc

    Fremont, N.H. — Ted “Teddy” Burleigh Bolduc, was born the youngest son of Phyllis and Joseph Bolduc Sr., on May 22, 1962. He died suddenly April 8, 2013, after a brief illness. Ted lived for most of his life in Fremont and Raymond. He was well known for his skills with heavy equipment and worked all his life in construction and excavation in the Fremont and Epping area. In addition to his work, he loved ice hockey, baseball, hunting, country music, and animals, especially his dog Finlay. He was very proud of, and also loved by, his very large family.
