EXETER – The Exeter Rotary Club’s Annual “Dollars for Scholars” Apple Sale will be held downtown at the bandstand on Fri., October 19 and Sat., October 20, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The club will also be participating in the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce Fall Festival held on the Swasey Parkway on that Saturday.
The Apple Sale has been a staple of Exeter Rotary’s commitment to the community. All proceeds benefit the students of Exeter High School, Seacoast School of Technology, and Exeter Adult Education. This year’s bill of fare will include fresh picked apples, tasty cider, freshly baked apple pies, crisps, and cider donuts, all provided through the support of the Loaf and Ladle Restaurant on Water Street and local grower Applecrest Orchards, Hampton Falls.
