Lions Welcome New Members

EPPING – The Epping Lions Club is a newly formed group of 34 citizens looking to serve the community. The Lions Club was started by Helen Keller to aid the blind and visually impaired. This is done through fundraising with club members contacting local businesses and citizens. They have been a club for six months and have helped six people. The club also will do service projects, as well, as determined by its members for the community. The motto of the Lions Club is”We Serve”. The Epping Lions Club is looking for new members. This is a great way to serve your town and meet your fellow citizens. The group meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Epping High School Media Center. Be sure to visit their webpage http://epping.nhlions.org or visit them on Facebook under groups,”Epping Lions Club, Epping, NH”. For more information you can contact Pam Tibbetts, President at lampreygirl@hotmail.com or Steve Colby, Vice President at stevecolby57@gmail.com or call 603-490-2983.
