DANVILLE – Residents of Atkinson, Danville, Hampstead, Plaistow, Chester and Kingston can bring their hazardous waste to the Danville Municipal Hazardous Waste collection on Sat., October 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, at the Danville Town Hall and Safety Complex, Danville. To get to the Town Hall please use the Gerry Drive entrance off of Kingston Road. The Town of Danville is sponsoring this program in conjunction with the above listed towns.
Materials will be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally safe manner. Proof of Residency is required. Because of safety concerns at the collection site, please remain in your cars and do not bring children or pets.
Common household products like lawn and garden pesticides, automobile fluids, leftover oil based paints and other potentially harmful chemicals can pose a significant threat to the environment if not disposed of properly.
