PLAISTOW – The Timberlane Regional School District Budget Committee is accepting letters of interest to fill three Budget Committee vacancies – one representative from the town of Plaistow, and two representatives from the town of Sandown. The selected candidates will fill these vacancies until March 2010, at which time Plaistow voters will elect a new candidate for a three-year term and Sandown voters will elect two new candidates for a two-year term (1 position) and a three-year term (1 position) expiring March 2012 and 2013, respectively.

The Budget Committee meeting schedule for the 2009-2010 school year is as follows: Thurs., October 22; Thurs., November 12; Tues., November 24; Thurs., December 10; Tues., December 22; January 14: Public Hearing; Thurs., January 28; February 4: Deliberative Session; Thurs., February 11; Thurs., March 25; and Thurs., April 8. The Timberlane Regional Budget Committee reserves the right to amend these dates as needed.
