EAST KINGSTON – The Pound School Used Book Store in East Kingston is looking for donations. They are very low on children and pre-teen chapter books, and this rainy summer has brought on an increase of kids looking for books to read. The staff would love to be able to provide them with some good reading material! Adult fiction is also welcome.
Donations can be dropped off at the Used Book Store at 41 Depot Road in East Kingston on Fridays, from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Donations are also accepted at the town library. All proceeds from the Used Book Store benefit the Friends of the East Kingston Public Library.
