PLAISTOW – Put your bobby socks on and roll up your jeans, for a fun filled family night at The Sad Cafe in Plaistow. This event is taking place on July 14, 7:00-11:00 p.m., and will be filled with raffles, great music, foods from the 50’s, dance contest, best 50’s costume contest, and karaoke. The Sad Cafe Players will perform selected numbers from their upcoming show August 14-16 of Grease. Admission to The Sock Hop is $25.00 for a family of three or more; $10.00 for individuals between 11-65; age 10 and under or over 65 are free.
All of the proceeds from this event will benefit The Sad Cafe and The Sad Cafe Players.
