Auction Donations Sought

KINGSTON – The 2009 Kingston Days Committee announces the return of its annual auction event to help defray the overall costs of the annual Kingston Days weekend event. This year’s event takes place on August 7-9 on the Kingston Plains, on Main Street in Kingston.

This event is well attended and presents an ideal opportunity for the local community to become familiar with the crafts and services offered by local businesses. On Sat., August 8, there will be a 90-minute auction offering donated crafts and services from local businesses and craftsmen for public bidding.

All funds generated from the auction will go directly towards the cost of the Kingston Days event.

Should you have any type of craft such as blanket, woodcraft, or any other novel creation for donation to this worthy cause and would like exposure of your talent, please call Ed McLellan at 603-642-5909 or Gordon Gainty at 603-642-8904.

If your business offers services of any type to the public, and would like to make your name known to the community by way of your donation, please contact Ed or Gordon. Please call as soon as possible to insure your inclusion in the auction.

The Kingston Days Auction subcommittee is ready to accept your generous donation and thanks you in advance for your kind consideration and generosity.
