KINGSTON – Sanborn Regional High School is now accepting dress donations as part of a dress drive for Becca’s closet. Formal and semi-formal dresses may be brought to the main office anytime between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weekdays. Gently-worn dresses must be dry-cleaned prior to donation, new dresses may be donated as-is. All donations are tax-deductible. The school will also ask students if they would like to donate their dresses to the program following their prom on May 10. Dresses will be kept at the school and available for students to borrow for future events and proms.
Becca’s Closet was created as a legacy to Rebecca Kirtman and the project she started. The program provides formal attire to high school students who otherwise would not be able to attend their prom/homecoming.
