Rain Gardens

— BRENTWOOD – The Brentwood Gardeners will meet on Wed., April 23, at the Brentwood Community Center, 190 Route 125. The business meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., the guest speaker, Landscape Architect Jeffrey Hyland, will begin a presentation on “Rain Gardens,” which are gaining favor as a natural method of keeping storm water and runoff water out of wells, streams and rivers.
