Busy Bears Preschool Story Hours: Children and their caregivers are invited to Story Hour with Miss Jenn every Tuesday and Wednesday morning beginning at 9:30 a.m. Miss Jenn will delight children with stories and songs and lead preschoolers in a craft to take home. Don’t miss the fun!

Hawke the Reading Dog: Put a spring in Hawke’s step by reading her a story at the library on June 5, between 4:00-5:00 p.m. Hawke is a black Lab and a well-trained therapy dog who loves to listen to a good story. Children who would like to read to Hawke can choose a picture/storybook here at the library. Please sign up for this program so Hawke will know you’re coming!

Brickbusters Lego Club (Ages 6-12): Are you a Lego lover? Do you love to design and build your own creations? Bring your imagination and join our group of builders on Sat., June 8 at 1:00 p.m. and again on Thurs., June 20 at 4:00 p.m. Each month, children will listen to a story and then go to work building their own design based on our theme, which will be the same for both sessions. Space is limited and sign-ups are required for this program.

Rockin’ Readers Book Club (Grades 5 and 6): Join our discussion of the fantasy story “The Golden Compass” by Philip Pullman. A snack will follow our lively discussion.

Chess Club: All ages are welcome to Chess Club on Thurs., June 20 at 6:30 p.m. No experience is needed. Chess master Monty Cole is ready to challenge your every move and help strengthen your strategic skills.

Cribbage Club for Kids: Drop in for a fun time and learn how to play cribbage. Brush up on your skills or learn the game. All abilities are welcome. The kids group will be meeting Tues., June 11 and June 25 at 6:30 p.m.

Thanks Dad! We’ll be celebrating dads on Sat., June 15 at 1:00 p.m. with a fun story, an extra special card, and a decorated cupcake. Space is limited so please sign up on our website.
