---- — HAMPSTEAD - There is a free Chair Yoga class at the Hampstead Public Library on the first Tuesday of every month at 3:00 op.m. The next class is on September 3rd. Men and women are invited to participate, and can sit or stand while moving at their own pace. This class is terrific for stretching, strengthening and improving your health. The instructor is Maggie Morgan from the Yoga Room in Hampstead.

ADULT STORYTIME - During the month of September, Adult Storytime at the Hampstead Public Library will take place on Fri., September 6 and 20, at 10:00 a.m. This program is designed for developmentally disabled patrons, but all adults are welcome. We will read books, do a craft, and have lots of fun!

STORYTIME FOR TODDLERS - Fall Storytime at the Hampstead Public Library for 3 to 5 year old children will begin the week of September 9th and continue through December. Sessions are on Mondays at 10:00 a.m., and repeated on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. We will read books, sing songs and do a craft. No advance sign-up is necessary. On occasions when there is no school (i.e. holiday, weather cancellation, etc.) there will be no storytime.

PRACTICE S.A.T. FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - The Hampstead Public Library will be hosting a mock S.A.T. for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors who want tips and practice to improve their performance on the actual test. Students have a choice of two sessions: Sat., September 14 or Sat., October 12; both take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Advance registration is required; class size is limited and tends to fill quickly. LABOR DAY CLOSING - The Hampstead Public Library will be closed on Mon., September 2, in celebration of Labor Day.
