EAST KINGSTON — Fall is a great time for family activities out of doors but it is also offers a wonderful opportunity to curl up with your favorite young reader and introduce them to a special book. Children’s classics are at the heart of the East Kingston Public Library literally and figuratively. Follow the signposts to Narnia, Hogwarts, or the Banks of Plum Creek. What better way to spend an afternoon in the company of your children or grandchildren and Mr. Toad or Charlotte. Remember to visit Dorothy and Toto and plan a stop at Mr. McGregor’s garden. Tiptoe through that wardrobe door or set sail to Treasure Island. Staff is here to help you on your way and remind you of the special signposts that point to fun and adventure. Start a journey soon!
