---- — PLAISTOW - The Friends of the Library will be hosting their Annual Book Sale on Sat., May 10, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Come by and find a treasure or several! Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library, which in turn benefits the Plaistow Public Library.

Thank you so much for your overwhelming support of our program with Luis Montalvan and Tuesday. We were at full capacity and were truly amazed by the presentation. Luis and Tuesday were very pleased, too.

New Book Groups: “Defending Jacob” by William Landay book group will meet to discuss the book on Wed., May 14 at 10:30 a.m. “Evil Agreement” by Richard Hatin book group will meet Wed., May 21 at 6:30 p.m., with a visit from the author to discuss the book/purchase a copy. Copies of these books are available for check out before hand.

Card Making with Colleen Ferrante is back on Thurs., May 15, from 6:30-9:00 p.m. You will make eight cards, two of each design. The materials fee is $15.00. Please bring scissors and adhesive. The class is for adults only, and the demonstration will start promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Did you know you can check out music at the library? My have many CD’s of all different kinds of music to choose from.

Did you know we have a book sale going on inside the library? The selection is always changing, so come down to check it out. Proceeds benefit the library.
