STRATHAM —Wiggin Memorial Library in Stratham welcomes Ronald McDonald on Wed., August 7, at 10:30 a.m. in the Stratham Municipal Center Community Room (10 Bunker Hill Avenue). “Ronald’s Dig In, Read, and Succeed Show” is geared towards children ages 4 to 9 and their families. This special, interactive performance offers kids and families the opportunity to take part in a fun-filled literacy event. Throughout the show summer readers will dig in and enjoy the magic of reading and the success it can lead to. The program is a journey of discovery and teamwork filled with magic, music, audience participation, and “Ronald” fun! The performance is approximately thirty minutes long with a short meet-and-greet following the show. Every child will receive a book from Ronald, and he will pose for photos with children after the show for parents with cameras. Ronald’s appearance is free thanks to the full sponsorship of Exeter McDonald’s.
This event is part of Wiggin’s seven-week Summer Reading Program, Dig Into Reading! For more information, please contact Jan Streelman at 772-4346, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
