Pajama Book Party at Wiggin

STRATHAM —Wiggin Memorial Library in Stratham welcomes Christopher Rose on Wed., July 17, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. for a Pajama Book Party in the Stratham Municipal Center Community Room (10 Bunker Hill Avenue). The program is geared towards children who will be entering Kindergarten through 5th-Grade in the Fall and their families. Attendees are invited to come in their pj’s and enjoy milk and cookies while hearing about some great new children’s books to keep kids reading all summer and filling up their reading logs.

Chris is a Fourth-Grade teacher “extraordinaire” at Mary Fisk School in Salem. He is also on staff at Andover Bookstore, the second oldest bookstore in America, and is the buyer for its children’s department. This is Chris’s tenth annual visit to Wiggin promoting fun summer reading, and he always has a plethora of new and exciting books to share in his unique and humorous style!

This event is part of Wiggin’s seven-week Summer Reading Program, Dig Into Reading! Online registration is required for summer reading events at http://library.strathamnh.gov (’Library Events’). For more information, please contact Jan Streelman at 772-4346 or missjan@wigginml.org.
