---- — HAMPSTEAD —Do you have a will? An advance directive? Durable power of attorney? What are the differences between these documents? How do you make your wishes known? Perhaps you would like to know what probate is, how to maximize the value of your estate by reducing taxes, or you want to know more about creating a trust. All these questions and more can be answered at the Hampstead Public Library on Wed., June 12 at 7:00 p.m. by Christine Windler Esq. She will discuss the basic components of Estate Planning, and demonstrate how these documents are important for everyone, no matter how small or great your assets. Please come and learn from experienced Estate Planner and Attorney at Law, Christine Windler. There will be time for Q&A. If you have questions you would like to submit in advance of this educational program, email Janet at the library, jarden@hampstead.lib.nh.us. This event is free and open to the public. You do not need to be a Hampstead resident to attend.

THIRD THURSDAY BOOK GROUP: On Thurs., June 20 at 1:00 p.m., the Hampstead Public Library Book Group will discuss “Night Circus” by Erin Morgenstern. This spellbinding novel follows the tale of Celia and Marco, who have been trained since childhood for the purpose of a magical battle. Unbeknownst to the young magicians, this duel is a game in which only one can be left standing. The contest must play out, and the fates of everyone involved, from the cast of extraordinary circus performers to the patrons, hang in the balance. Written in rich prose this novel is a feast for the senses. Copies of the book are available at the library’s front desk. Newcomers are always welcome to the discussion.
