Teen Reading Program

EXETER —Exeter Public Library’s 2014 Teen Summer Reading program has begun. For each book you read you will receive coupons that enter you in drawings to win cool prizes.

Throughout the summer, middle school and high school library members can sign up to participate in great free programs including; Make Your Own Duct Tape Sunglasses Case, Create Your Own Flip Flop Hangers, Rainbow Band Bracelet Fun, Ice Cream Making, Decorate Your Own Summer Beach Bag, Frozen T-Shirt Contest, and our second annual Teen Rock Concert. For the first time the library will also have a teen movie series featuring a movie and snacks once a month. Also available in our Teen Scene are board games, trivia, and puzzles. All these and more make the Teen Scene the cool place to hang out this summer.

The 2014 Teen Summer Reading program is open to teen members of the library entering grades 6 and up. For more details, come in and pick up a brochure or call the library at 772-3101.
