KINGSTON — The stretching continues with Chair Yoga for adults on Thursdays, April 11 and 25, and May 9 and 23 at 10:00 a.m. Learn ways to gently stretch and strengthen your core in a low impact class for seniors and those with mobility issues. There is a $5.00 suggested donation.
Let’s Get Movin! returns on April 19 at 4:00 p.m., for a Free Yoga Class for children ages 5-10. The class will integrate movement and music while stretching and strengthening the body. Breathing techniques are taught to help with anxiety, stress and relaxation.
