---- — EPPING - PJ Movie Night at the Harvey Mitchell Library (HMML) this month will be on Fri., March 8, and feature an animated tale about a video game villain whose dream is to become a hero.

The arcade where he lives is in danger; let’s hope he doesn’t wreck it! The movie, which is rated PG for some rude humor and mild action/violence, begins at 6:30 p.m., with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Pizza from Epping’s Community Church will be provided by the Friends of the Library. Popcorn and bottled water will also be provided, but guests are invited to bring additional snacks to share. All children attending this event must be accompanied by an adult.

HMML’s Eclectic Book Group will meet on Wed., March 13, to discuss “The Light Between Oceans” by M.L. Stedman. If classic old mysteries are more your style, consider picking up a copy of “Keeper of the Keys” by Earl Derr Biggers for the Dusty Old Mystery Book Group’s discussion on Wed., March 20, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Copies of both books are available at the main circulation desk.

Later in March, the library will host a program full of traditional fiddle music and New England history, Old Time Rules Will Prevail: the Fiddle Contest in New Hampshire and New England. On Thurs., March 28, at 7:00 p.m., Adam Boyce will play his fiddle and discuss the history of fiddle contests in the Granite State.
