Programs at WPL

GREENLAND — Weeks Public Library is pleased to offer the following upcoming programs.

Ariele Sieling and Christopher Kellen return to discuss how to self-publish on Tues., April 15, at 6:30 p.m. They will walk through the process step-by-step, and provide strategies for creating a high quality product that is also affordable. Learn about reasons for choosing one type of publishing over another, when you should and shouldn’t spend money during the process, and why self-publishing is an option that can work for anyone.

“Bob Fogg and New Hampshire’s Golden Age of Aviation” will be presented on Tues., April 22 at 6:30 p.m. New Hampshire author Jane Rice presents a slideshow based on her book which covers Bob Fogg and the seaplane base at the Weirs on Lake Winnipesaukee between 1923 and 1939, plus the flights at the Weirs by Harry Atwood in 1912. Come hear her speak on this fascinating time in New Hampshire history. Copies of her book will be available for purchase.
