NEWTON – Do you have trouble sleeping? Feeling tired throughout the day? You’re not alone, many have this concern. Dr. Elizabeth Lynch of The Sleep Institute of New England will hold a special seminar on Wed., October 24 at 6:00 p.m. at Gale Library in Newton, to answer your questions and provide some helpful solutions.
The title of Dr. Lynch’s talk is All in a Good Night’s Sleep. The talk focuses on the importance of sleep, common sleep disorders, benefits of treating sleep disorders and prevalence of sleep problems.
