KINGSTON — Join Lara Kalapacs as she guides participants in a free Create Your Own Card program using stamps and decals from A Muse Studio on Sat., March 23, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Examples of the cards are on display. Call to sign up, 642-3521.

Free Pet First Aid Class on Saturday, March 30 from 10:00-12:00 PM.

Dr. Sarah Curry, of Kingston’s All Creatures Mobile Vet, will offer a basic Pet First Aid to help use keep our beloved four-legged friends happy and safe on Sat., March 30, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This is a human only class. Call to sign up, 642-3521.

Open Meditation Sit, led by Kiranada Benjamin continues on Wednesday mornings, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. This time will be available to all who have some meditation experience and would like to “drop-in” to sit together on a regular weekly basis to relax and center oneself.

Cheryl Rossman, trained yoga instructor from Let’s Get Movin! Yoga and Nutrition, leads Chair Yoga. Learn ways to gently stretch and strengthen your core in a low impact class for seniors and those with mobility issues. No need to get on the floor the entire class takes place from your chair! You can do it! It’s a social event! There is a $5.00 suggested donation. Chair Yoga will be held Thursdays, March 28, April 11, April 25, May 9 and 23, at 10:00 a.m.

Book Babies, a story time class of literacy skills for children 0-36 months continues on Mondays at 10:30 a.m., through March 25. Don’t miss Pre-school story time, an hour of stories and crafts every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. On Thurs., March 28 we will learn about the bunny that overslept!

Join Miss Sue for after school story time on Fri., March 29 at 4:00 p.m. There will be stories, fun crafts, and snacks as we unwind after a long week of school! Recommended for children in grades K-5, but all are welcome!

Free Family Movie Night returns on Fri., March 29 at 4:00 p.m. with “Wreck It Ralph”. Taking time to have a regular family night is a great way to create lasting memories. Please bring a potluck snack to share! Popcorn will be provided!

  • Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown, 66

    Ft. Gibson, OK — Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown passed away February 17, 2013, at her home in Ft. Gibson, Okla., after a brave battle with cancer. Kitty was born in Brentwood, N.H., on April 21, 1946, to the late Chester H. Clements and Catherine F. (Morse) Clements. She was raised in Kingston, N.H., and graduated from Sanborn Seminary. She lived for many years on Plum Island, Mass. While living on Plum Island, she was a columnist and photographer for The Daily News of Newburyport, as well as a school bus driver.

  • Ted "Teddy" Bolduc

    Fremont, N.H. — Ted “Teddy” Burleigh Bolduc, was born the youngest son of Phyllis and Joseph Bolduc Sr., on May 22, 1962. He died suddenly April 8, 2013, after a brief illness. Ted lived for most of his life in Fremont and Raymond. He was well known for his skills with heavy equipment and worked all his life in construction and excavation in the Fremont and Epping area. In addition to his work, he loved ice hockey, baseball, hunting, country music, and animals, especially his dog Finlay. He was very proud of, and also loved by, his very large family.
