Korn for Kingston Selectman

---- — Korn for Kingston Selectman

Dr. George Korn is seeking election as a Selectman for the Town of Kingston. George is presently serving as Selectman as he was asked to finish out the term of Chuck Hart. George enjoys the work and he is good at it. In this time that George has been serving as Selectman, he has worked to know and understand the various Boards and their functions that help to run our town. George is a good listener; he is fair, honest and caring. All of these qualities are important in the Office of Selectmen. We had a minor concern that we brought before the Selectmen. George made it a point to follow up and he came to our house to speak to us about the issue. This is the kind of follow through that is important. To have a Selectman who will listen and care for the residents in our community is of the upmost importance. George has a rich professional background. He was the Director of the Seacoast Learning Collaborative for a number of years. He is also the founder and owner of Safeway Transportation, the largest private employer in the town of Kingston. George and his wife, Joyce were the recipients of the 2009 NH Small Business Owners Award. This award is given for excellence in business practices. George understands the importance of being fiscally responsible, an important function of the Office of Selectmen. George has the professional background and personal qualities to make an excellent Selectman. Please vote for George on March 12. We are glad to have called the Korns our friends and neighbors for the past forty years.
