Elect Donovan for Newton Selectman

Please consider giving your vote to Robert Donovan Jr. for Newton Selectman.

Bob is a man of integrity who also has a lot of common sense. He served two prior terms as selectman and always made decisions based on what was best for the Town of Newton. He was open minded and listened to all sides of an issue before making a decision. He never made any decision to benefit himself or any member of his family, only the town. He always followed town policy, and he never showed favoritism.

He worked well with all department heads, and he was always accessible. You could find him at the Town Hall most Thursday nights because he believed the residents should have easy access to the Selectmen whenever they had questions or concerns. He always answered his cell phone and home phone whenever a town employee or resident called him.

He served on the Recreation Committee where he was instrumental in placing the warrant article on the ballot for funding outings for the town’s seniors. He was the liaison to the police department, fire department, and transfer station. He has the respect of many current and former town employees.

Please come out and vote on Tues., March 12.

Rose Donovan

Newton
