---- — Vote Morales for East Kingston Selectman
My education, municipal experience, and achievements in East Kingston provide me the skills to hit the floor running.
A 31 year NH resident, with 17 years in East Kingston, I believe in giving back to my community. I believe if you have the qualifications, the time and commitment, you should offer your services where they can be put to use for the greater good. My family says I’m frugal, my constituents say I can be a nitpicker for details. I think both are invaluable traits when looking to hold the bottom line.
I lent my experience and expertise in finance, negotiations, and business as Selectman in 2004-2007. I initiated and led the recycling program providing curbside pickup for solid waste and recycle materials. A member of the Solid Waste Removal & Recycle Team, we improved the concept converting to single stream recycling in 2009. This initiative welcomed our over 55 communities. We benefit from a reduction of our solid waste removal costs, increased participation, and the receipt of revenue from the sale of our recyclables.
I’m a Veteran, leader with vision, integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA in Business. I have over 30 years experience in business, supply chain management, negotiations, leadership, and team building.
We have to be creative, think out of the box, to arrive at efficiencies to achieve savings in this economy. I possess the vision and skills to lead the way. I will always consider your best interests in all decisions. I have no personal agenda, no special interests in any department, and am a man of my word that will do all possible to improve the quality of life for our citizens.
It would be my honor to serve the citizens of East Kingston. I ask for your vote on March 12th for Selectman.
