Hello to all Raymond residents. As we end this difficult year I wanted to take a moment to thank all Town of Raymond employees for the outstanding jobs they perform in keeping us safe and in business. Whether registering our cars, plowing our roads, managing our finances, fighting our fires, providing recreational opportunities or policing our neighborhoods, the job is always performed without fail.
We tend to take these folks for granted and this is a great time to recognize all of them and to wish everyone Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah and Happy New Year to all!

The Hampstead Mothers’ Club would like to thank the following sponsors who generously donated to our recent Santa’s Breakfast on December 5. Thanks to all the wonderful donations, over 500 breakfasts were served in just three hours. Without your continued support this event would not have been such a huge success.
We can’t thank enough the following: Early Bird Café-Plaistow, Casey's Diner - Plaistow, Denny's, Curtin Family, Shaw’s-Woburn, MA, Jane Lechner Photography, USPS Mike Fairbank, Shinobi Martial Arts, Celina Fairbank, Build-a-Bear, Cedarland Amazement Center, The Country Inn at Bartlett, Boston Bruins, Hampstead Police Department, Hampstead Fire Department, Hampstead Market, Kathy Hoppa, Village Square Restaurant, Children’s Learning Center, Target, Bradford Ski Area, Cosmos Pizza, and Popovers on the Square-Portsmouth.
Thanks to your generosity, the children were able to enjoy crafts, face painting, raffles and pictures with Santa. We would also like to thank the Herron Family and friends for the wonderful Christmas caroling they provided! We look forward to welcoming all again next year. Have a wonderful Holiday Season!

Hampstead, Kingston, and Plaistow: I would like to thank all of you voters who came out for the Primary for State Representative on December 8. It is gratifying to get such an overwhelming vote. I got 91% of the Republican votes, and won 549 to 53. I know many of you support my efforts to make State Government more accountable and more efficient. Those have always been my goals in the years that I have served as one of your State Representatives. I was fortunate that I was on Finance for most of my terms, so that I could concentrate on budgets and spending.
I would especially like to thank those of you who gave me sign locations. I have tried to pick up most of them, but this cold and wet weather, as well as the plows, are really hard on signs.
I have ordered new signs and will be putting them out in about a week with the new reminder that the election is on January 12. Let’s hope for good weather. I look forward to seeing many of you again.
