Wine Tasting

EAST KINGSTON — There will be a wine tasting event on Sat., May 4 at 7:00 p.m., at Sweet Baby Vineyard’s Tasting Room, located at 14 Pow Wow River Road, East Kingston. The event will feature a concert with a new CD release by Paul LaVoie.

Paul is a local singer and songwriter who will be releasing his latest work titled, “New Wine”. Paul is a native of New Hampshire who composes contemporary music using scripture and Psalms as lyrics. His unique style is appreciated by diverse audiences throughout New England.

The evening will consist of Wine Tasting by Lewis and Stacey Eaton of Sweet Baby Vineyard, Appetizers, Music and an auction of handmade wine racks stocked with wine and glasses to benefit “Family Ministries”

Tickets are $30.00 per person, and are available at Sweet Baby Vineyard Tasting Room, or by calling Michelle Kolias at 603-770-7072, or email stablefamily@comcast.net. The proceeds are to benefit a local non-profit that ministers to the needs of today’s families.

  • Successful Car Show/Pig Roast

    The Activities Committee from American Legion Post 51 in Epping donated the proceeds from their Annual Car Show and Pig Roast held on May 17 to the New Hampshire Association for the Blind. The Association is the statewide leader in providing vision rehabilitation services for NH people of all ages who are blind and visually impaired. Junior Vice Commander Rick Pelletier is presenting the $1,400 check to Mary Chase. A big thank you to all who volunteered their time to make the day a success.
