Newton's Gale Public Library hosted local professional Chef Arnold Joy, above, a resident of Newton, for an evening of cooking. Chef Joy is a certified by the American Culinary Federation, has been a teacher of culinary arts in high schools in Mass and NH, as well as at college level at McIntosh Atlantic Culinary Academy. He has an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
