Donate Shoes for 'Cinderella'

MANCHESTER —The Majestic Theatre is excited to announce that they will collect new shoes during their production run of Cinderella this July to be donated to children and families served by Child Health Services. The shows director Candace Gatzoulis (Glickman) brought the idea to Majestic’s Artistic Director A. Robert Dionne, after seeing an article about another theatre that did a similar drive.

To encourage donations from patrons The Majestic will offer $5.00 off Cinderella ticket orders from patrons donating new shoes. Shoes can be donated during performances between July 12-21.

Majestic’s Cinderella is directed and choreographed by Candace Gatzoulis (Glickman) with musical direction by Keith Belanger. Special thanks to our sponsor Allstate Insurance: Dan O’Donnell Agent, and to The Frederick Smyth Institute of Music for sponsoring the Cinderella orchestra.

Performance are on Fridays and Saturdays, July 12, 13, 19 and 20 at 7:00 p.m. and on Sundays, July 14 and 21 at 2:00 p.m. Performances will be held at The Manchester Community Music School’s Holy Cross Hall located at 2291 Elm Street in Manchester.
