Free Admission Day

MANCHESTER - The Aviation Museum of New Hampshire will host a free admission day on Fri., May 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., which includes free tours of the museum. This applies to all admission categories for the entire day.

In addition, for children under age 10, there will be a story time in the Devino Classroom at 11:00 a.m. A selection of age-appropriate readings will be offered by museum Executive Director Jessica Pappathan.

For children 10 and older, there will be a paper airplane design-and-build project starting at 1:00 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Aviation Museum of NH is located at 27 Navigator Road, in Londonderry, adjacent to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Seating is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Successful Car Show/Pig Roast

    The Activities Committee from American Legion Post 51 in Epping donated the proceeds from their Annual Car Show and Pig Roast held on May 17 to the New Hampshire Association for the Blind. The Association is the statewide leader in providing vision rehabilitation services for NH people of all ages who are blind and visually impaired. Junior Vice Commander Rick Pelletier is presenting the $1,400 check to Mary Chase. A big thank you to all who volunteered their time to make the day a success.
