Kangaralien Concert

MANCHESTER —Kangaralien will perform a special concert to benefit The Majestic Theatre on Sat., July 12. Kangaralien is a Boston-based acoustic guitar duo. That their music calls to mind traces of progressive rock bands like Rush and Porcupine Tree shouldn’t be surprising, as its two members, Eric Clemenzi and Steve Belleville, met playing in a Dream Theater tribute band. But more than a passing listen displays a range of influences including bluegrass, jazz, and classical. If you sit close enough to your speakers, you may even hear the faint smells of a kangaroo thinking of a spaceship. Opening for Kangaralien is The Sherpa Lizz Expedition featuring musicians; Steve Brough, Lizz Ferdina, James Davenport and Kevin Barrett. Come enjoy some great music and support The Majestic Theatre productions and educational programs. It’s sure to be a fun night!

The performance will be held at the Radisson Hotel Manchester in the Curriers Room. Show begins at 7:30 p.m. with opening act The Sherpa Lizz Expedition followed by Kangaralien. Tickets are $15.00 each, or $20.00 per couple. Enjoy free parking courtesy of the Center of NH Parking Garage. Cash bar and lighter fare menu available. Make it a full night and enjoy dinner at JD’s Tavern prior to the performance. Present your show ticket to your server to receive twenty-percent off your dinner.

The Radisson Hotel Manchester is located at 700 Elm Street in Manchester. Tickets may be purchased by visiting or calling the box office at 669-7469, online at, or at the door prior to the performance. For more information, visit
