---- — EXETER — Welcome musicians Peg and Cheryl to the Exeter Public Library’s spring music series on Tues., April 16, at 1:00 p.m.

Peg and Cheryl’s eclectic and original music speaks to all aspects of everyday life, from whimsical to poignant and serious to silly. Accompanied by stand-up bass, guitar and pennywhistle, their harmonies are the highlight of their performance. Band members Peg Chaffee and Cheryl Sager have been performing music for many years in various genres. Cheryl can be heard on “Labrys at Last” and both Peg and Cheryl are featured on Labrys’s “Metamorphosis”. The two released a CD in 2008 titled, “It’s All About The Balance” as well as a holiday CD of acapella carols.

This performance is free and open to the public. It will take place in the Bruce Sloan Reading Area in the Adult Services section of the Exeter Public Library.
