‘Banjos, Bones, and Ballads’

---- — EXETER –Visit Exeter Public Library on Tues., February 11, at 1:00 p.m. for the kickoff of the library’s Spring Music Series. The 2007 New Hampshire Art Council Fellowship recipient Jeff Warner will present the program “Banjos, Bones, and Ballads.” This program will include an afternoon of tavern songs, banjo tunes,18th century New England hymns, sailor songs and several humorous stories about traditional singers and their songs. This very special program is sponsored in part by the New Hampshire Humanities Council (NHHC).

This performance is free and open to the public. It will take place in the Bruce Sloan Reading Area in the Adult Services section of the Exeter Public Library. The Exeter Public Library is located at 4 Chestnut Street in Exeter. For more information, contact the library at 772-3101.
