Bluegrass Concert

BRENTWOOD — There will be a Bluegrass Christmas Concert on Sat., December 14, at the Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 197 Middle Road (Route 111A) Brentwood. The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:45 p.m.). Don’t miss this Seasonal blend of Bluegrass and Acoustic Holiday Music.

The concert will feature Rick Lang & Friends, Blackstone Valley Bluegrass, and Amy Gallatin & Roger Williams. To keep the shows fresh, each performing act introduces new material each season, much to the delight of the audience. There are always a few new wrinkles and surprises sure to keep you smiling on the outside…and on the inside. This upbeat, lively concert will provide a welcome relief from the holiday rush, providing simple moments to treasure and a chance to slow down and savor the season. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to unwind, relax and enjoy a truly unique and uplifting holiday event.

Tickets are available at the door only: $15.00 Adults, $10.00 for Children under 12 and Seniors. All seating is general admission only.

  • Successful Car Show/Pig Roast

    The Activities Committee from American Legion Post 51 in Epping donated the proceeds from their Annual Car Show and Pig Roast held on May 17 to the New Hampshire Association for the Blind. The Association is the statewide leader in providing vision rehabilitation services for NH people of all ages who are blind and visually impaired. Junior Vice Commander Rick Pelletier is presenting the $1,400 check to Mary Chase. A big thank you to all who volunteered their time to make the day a success.
