Each year, young Madison Valade, 5, joins her grandmother Barbara Valade of Exeter for Exeter's gala holiday celebration and festivities. The two pals had just viewed the Festival of Wreaths at the former Exeter Town Hall and then it was a tradition of homemade cookies and cupcakes.
