Dramatic Art Classes

MANCHESTER — The Majestic Academy of Dramatic Arts will offer classes in acting, theatre dance, auditioning skills and more. All classes will be held beginning in November at The Majestic Theatre’s rehearsal studios located at 922 Elm Street in downtown Manchester.

Offerings include: Let’s Visit Fairy Land (ages 4-7); Movin’ and Groovin’ (ages 4-7); Acting Up (ages 9-12); Musical Theatre Dance (ages 9-12); Audition Skills (ages 9-12); Lights, Camera, Action (ages 13-19); Character Madness (ages 13-19); Shrek-ish Improv: Stage to Page (ages 13-19); Audition Skills for Teens (ages 13-19); Acting 101 (adults and teens 15+); Audition Skills for Adults; Public Speaking 101 (adults and teens 15+); Musical Theatre Dance (adults and teens 15+); Tap Dance (adults and teens 15+).

  • Successful Car Show/Pig Roast

    The Activities Committee from American Legion Post 51 in Epping donated the proceeds from their Annual Car Show and Pig Roast held on May 17 to the New Hampshire Association for the Blind. The Association is the statewide leader in providing vision rehabilitation services for NH people of all ages who are blind and visually impaired. Junior Vice Commander Rick Pelletier is presenting the $1,400 check to Mary Chase. A big thank you to all who volunteered their time to make the day a success.
