Antique Appraisals

BRENTWOOD — An Antique and Heirloom Evaluation Day will be offered in Brentwood on Sat., November 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Historical Society Museum, 140 Crawley Falls Road. It will be the first time in four years that the Brentwood Historical Society has sponsored this event.

They will provide information and an opinion of value on paintings, prints, drawings, ceramics, glass, silver, textiles, small decorative art, and costume jewelry (sorry, no coins, weapons or oriental rugs). All will be done in a friendly, welcoming and courteous atmosphere. The fee will be $5.00 per item, 4 for $15.00. Light refreshments at no charge. Proceeds will benefit the Brentwood Historical Society.

Come and learn about those pieces you’ve wondered about for years! For further information, please call Alma Vahey, president, at 679-8635, or visit www.brentwoodnhhistory.org.
