Dorks in Dungeons

PORTSMOUTH — Back by popular demand, Dorks in Dungeons LIVE will be presented on Thurs., March 21 at 8:00 p.m. at the Players’ Ring in Portsmouth.

Come join Dungeon Master (Brian Kelly) and his five bumbling players (Teddi Kenick-Bailey, Sam Bennett, Brian Paul, Matthew Richards, and Cullen DeLangie) as they adventure their way through an ongoing campaign, rife with battles, challenges, skill checks and more, while their troupe of comedian improvisors act it all out. Improvisers include Michael Ficara, Glenn Provost, Robin Fowler, and Jess Miller with special guest appearances throughout the year from Seacoast favorites.

“Our game is played for comedy but we take the rules very seriously,” says DM, Brian Kelly. “Our audiences get to participate as well. It leaves everyone laughing the whole way through...even people who don’t know anything about Dungeons and Dragons”

Dorks in Dungeons is inspired by a well-known rule-intensive role-playing dice game where players create imaginary characters in a fantasy world and set off on quests - all controlled by the Dungeon Master.

Tickets: $12.00 General, $10.00 Students, Seniors, Members.

Players’ Ring is located at 105 Marcy Street in Portsmouth. For more information or to purchase tickets, call 603-436-8123, or visit www.playersring.org.
