Kingston Junior Troop 12782 had a great time earning their Practice with Purpose badge with Deshi Munoz at Ocasio's True Martial Arts in Plaistow. The girls brought a friend to show them how much fun girl scouting can be as part of their bridging requirements. They all broke boards with their hands. Great job girls!

  • 'A Midwinter Night's Scream'

Sanborn Regional High School students put the “shake” back in Shakespeare during two public performances held in the school auditorium, celebrating Sanborn’s Shakespeare Month. Students found that Shakespeare was written to be performed, not to be read. The young men and women dedicated themselves to a month-long intensive workshop (more than twenty students) that culminated in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Scream’, written and directed by Donna Devlin-Young.
