Gwendolyn-Rose Sheppard, 9, of Sandown, celebrated her 9th birthday in February and asked all guests to help her make a difference by bringing either a donation for the Food Pantry or a small gift to be donated to a local pediatric ward instead of a gift for her. Many thanks go to all the children who so graciously donated food as well as the Pinball Wizard Arcade for their generous donations. Toys were also collected and were donated to the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, Ma. Gwendolyn-Rose is pictured above dropping off donations to the Sandown Food Pantry.
